NFL Network, reports if the Miami Dolphins trade for either Kansas City Chiefs QB Trent Green or Houston Texans QB David Carr, QB Daunte Culpepper will be released.

I would take CArr over DAunte.

noa 03-22-2007 07:05 PM

Wow, the only thing to overshadow their QB blunder is the Texans.

NewChief 03-22-2007 07:18 PM

The thing that makes no sense here is that, just like with Trent, they'll take a serious freaking cap hit if they just cut him.

kcxiv 03-22-2007 07:22 PM

I would take Carr over Trent.

Can he play DT?

Cullsucker needs to be traded.. to some Europeon Team ...

Bill Lundberg 03-22-2007 09:18 PM

Maybe the Raiders will keep Moss and add him

unothadeal 03-22-2007 09:51 PM

It's quite obvious that we will be receiving a 1st for Trent now.

Direckshun 03-22-2007 09:54 PM

GET IT DONE, CARL.

Nothing would please me more than getting something in return for Trent to Miami, knocking Culpepper into unemployment.

Lets trade them for Daunte for Green straight up. Still have no clue why people shit on Daunte so much. He's been hurt every game in the last two years. Check out the full year he had before he got hurt. It was a doozy. ONe the guy gets healthy he's going to be the real deal again. He is like 5th in QB rating of all time. Don't understand this one, and like another poster said. That is one hell of a cap hit, and all of that to get Carr or some other mediocre QB?

Being constantly injured doesn't help us no matter how good he is.

I agree, but media pressure in Miami and talk of someone breathing down his neck for the starting job has made Culpepper try to come back earlier than he should. If he comes back healthy and strong, I have no doubts Daunte can be a top 10 QB for years to come.

He's also a turnover machine.
