After Galloway dumped them, he quickly signed a seven-year, $42 million contract with a $12 million signing bonus at Dallas. They cut a $32 million deal that made Ruben Brown the highest paid interior lineman in the league. They cut a $30 million deal for John Fina that included the league's highest signing bonus for a veteran offensive lineman. Sometimes I begin to wonder if maybe they are asking for more $ than KC & Oakland are willing to pay. Just a theory.....

Not true. They have little to none with Bowe but with #1 overall QBs there's ALWAYS leverage.

Peterson's new deal is leverage in itself. JaMarcus' deal will destroy that.

I just wish that the NFL would slot the first round picks salary with a rookie salary cap. It would end all this madness. After their first 4 years then they can get a "fat" contract.
