Left Tackle Jake Long - Michigan

Not only does Michigan have Mario Manningham - WR, Chad Henne - QB, Mike Hart - RB, Adrian Arrington - WR but also this guy will be in next year's draft. He's an imposing Left Tackle that probably would have been the first Lineman taken last April...

For the dudes that have more of a realistic idea of next year's draft, what are the chances of KC getting him?

Very low. Long at this point is considered the top LT available and a surefire top 5 pick.

The Chiefs could absolutely implode, go 5-11 and still have a mere chamce at landing Long.

Chiefs most realsitic left tackle will be Barry Richardson from Clemson.

The Chiefs traded their all-time leading rusher (Johnson will undoubtedly break Priest Holmes’ franchise rushing record this year. Although the dream/nightmare did not verify this fact, it is a logical assumption – especially if you’re an LJ homer) for an offensive lineman.

My rage only grows as I peruse my draft magazine. Richardson isn’t even the top offensive tackle on the board. Dammit, Carl! What have you done? I feel like crying as I crumple my magazine into a ball of frustration.
