Jared Allen take note
"The Patriots signed standout defensive end Ty Warren to a five-year extension on Thursday worth over $36 million, including $17.5 million in guaranteed money.
Warren, the 13th overall pick in the 2003 NFL Draft, had two years remaining on his exisiting contract. The 6-foot-5, 300-pound Warren started in all 15 games he played last season and has missed just one game during his career. He registered a career-high 7.5 sacks in 2006." - Allen's going to be looking for LJ type money. - It's amazing how some clubs can reach big money extensions TWO years ahead of time in order to successfully build a team. |
Allen needs to recognize that Warrens not been out getting caught drunk driving twice....could explain why partially

Allen is a better player than Warren...this will be interesting...DE is a premium position....
|
Allen doesnt deserve it just yet. He can put all the blame on himself.
|
So the Pat's have locked up both Seymour and Warren. Wilfork should have at least 2 if not 3 years left on his rookie deal.
I hope we can keep our budding, star line together. |

They'll take care of Allen after the season, especially if he performs well and has the "break out season" that many seem to be predicting. Not worried about Allen.
