My father (a career criminal attorney on both sides) cave me a copy of a book written for, mainly, COs called Games Criminals Play. After reading that there's no way in hell I'd be willing to do that job. Thank you for doing it so I don't have to.

Missouri has a hard time finding COs. Don't know what it pays, but it can't be enough. Burn out is a problem I hear

Yes, that is a huge problem. I've been doing it for 17 years and its very hard to keep people.
