Gotta give it up for Brett Favre

damn this guy is a great QB. Tied Marino's TD record...damn. Nobody would have predicted that Green Bay would start out 3-0.

Molitoth 09-23-2007 05:37 PM

It's amazing how good a team can be with a good QB/leader. Wish the chiefs had one...

I did. My preseason Superbowl prediction was Greenbay and Kansas City. Brett Farve rules.

I'm so glad I get to see him this year before he retires.

Buck 09-23-2007 06:31 PM

He can thank our Secondary

DaKCMan AP 09-23-2007 06:32 PM

He'll have a lot of the QB records once he retires, until Peyton Manning breaks them all.

Buehler445 09-23-2007 06:35 PM

Couple that with his start record, its a hell of a run. I really like Favre, but I thought he was on his way down after the last 2 seasons. This is a nice surprise.

DaWolf 09-23-2007 06:36 PM

How long before he breaks the INT record too? :p

But yeah, props to Favre, the guy is a winner..

another game or two

Buck 09-23-2007 06:48 PM

I think he needs 2 INTs to tie the record, and 3000 yards to tie that record

Thig Lyfe 09-23-2007 07:12 PM

This is the feel good story that the NFL needs after the Patriots scandal.

It's nice to see Brett Favre having fun again.

dtebbe 09-23-2007 08:22 PM

He's really showing up all those assclowns that were saying last year that he was no longer one of the NFL's elite QBs. Amazing what a little supporting cast can do for you.

DT

Bwana 09-23-2007 08:24 PM

It's great to see, he's a good guy.

pr_capone 09-23-2007 08:26 PM

I was among those thinking he was done and hanging on to glory days gone by.

I am VERY happy to be wrong. Great guy... class act. Instant Hall of Famer.

mikey23545 09-23-2007 08:40 PM

Favre is one of those guys you want to be able to tell your grandkids you got to see play.

All-time great.
