Sacks
 

As was mentioned in another thread, the Chiefs are currently 4th in the league in sacks. They are simply getting to the QB.

Which surprises me because I haven't seen a lot of domination from our DL. What I have seen, however, is about half a dozen coverage sacks and our linebackers creating plays.

It seems to me like Herm is giving Gun room to make adjustments at the half and Gun is getting more aggressive and not running the cover 2 as much. There is more flying to the ball at times.

There has also been a much more consistent push in the middle. Not dominant play at the DT position, but solid. I'm not seeing the opposing QB move up in the pocket to avoid Allen/Hali the way they did last year.
