The Trailer appears tonight on Entertainment Tonight and tommorow in front of Golden Compass. Probably on-line tomorrow as well.

I don't mind CGI, but damn, that looks like someone took a bad Technicolor nightmare, mixed it with a bottle of cgi, made a nice drink and then barfed it out all over the screen. Terrible.

pass the LSD. lol

What i like, is that they didnt mess with the look...the Mach5, outfits & characters look the same...Goodman is a "DEAD" ringer for the cartoon guy.

They really stayed true to the cartoon instead of trying to jazz it up for the newcomers.

I was a huge Speed Racer fan, i'll be going to this one.

Wachowski Brothers are some interesting characters.

Rumor is that this thing is going to be G rated.

I'm pretty easy to please, but this looks terrible to me.

Granted, I was never a Speed Racer fan.

I'll probably make an attempt to watch it on DVD for Ricci, if nothing else.

They definitely went for the bombastic color schemes.

I dont have too much problem with keeping it kid friendly, but i'm sure they'll add some spice, they know that the folks that grew up with it are now in their 30's & 40's.

Judging from the trailer, it looks a little violent for G.

Probably PG at the least.

LOL I think there is going to be a contender for the biggest high budget flop of all time.. Pluto Nash watch your back..


I watched Speed, but that movie looks downright atrocious..
