HonestChieffan 01-04-2008 04:55 PM

I figured yesterday when Carl MumboJumbo'ed...looks like mine went up.

BigRedChief 01-04-2008 04:56 PM

How could King Carl sit there in front of the media and promise the fans no ticket price increases? And then post a price increase the next day?:cuss:

CoMoChief 01-04-2008 04:58 PM

People are ****ing nuts if they continue to spend a shit load of their own money on this team.

OnTheWarpath15 01-04-2008 05:04 PM

What seats were increased?

dave0320 01-04-2008 05:06 PM

Lowers and Club

StcChief 01-04-2008 05:07 PM

This is what he said......

"Let me say, in the process of building the new Arrowhead we are right now rescaling the ticket prices. Specific to the 2008 season, I can tell you there will be a tremendous number of people who will be pleased either because there will be no ticket price increase or an actual reduction in price."

“This is part of the plan we’ve had since we came up with the design. Before you ask, there will be no price increase in parking at all for 2008. We’ve tried to be receptive and if you go back and look at our history, when we have had an under performing year we have not raised ticket prices.”

So he didn't promise anything.

Heh. If you read that carefully, he says without saying it that for the non-tremendous number of unlucky people, their tickets are going up.

Which tickets remained the same and which tickets were reduced?

Most upper deck went down. All Club went up. Sideline lower went up, endzone lower stayed same.

I can tell you that the "lower" upper level seats stayed the same.

They now call it Red Select, and tickets are $78.

Looks like the rest of the upper level was reduced in price.
