Vaughn McClure, of the Chicago Tribune, reports the Kansas City Chiefs have shown interest in restricted free-agent WR Rashied Davis (Bears).

I would imagine they'd bring Davis in to man return duties.
Though he's nothing to write home about in that role.

I'd rather give Webb a real shot at securing that job.

If we want a return specialist why not just get a young guy in the draft and hope he develops into a regular starter? Fresh legs!

Just out of curiosity who was the young guy that we had in camp/preseason games last year that appeared to have promise as a return guy but ended up being released before the regular season started? I wonder if he ever made another team's roster or practice squad?
