Ethelyn

If you're still here, I think I just heard that Mikhael will be on the radio in the next two hours, on a local KC show called "crunch time". I'm not sure if it's a live interview or what, but you can try to listen on the internet by going to 810WHB.com and clicking on the "yahoo broadcast" link on the right side at the top of the screen.

Sorry I don't have any more details than that, I just happened to hear his name, and hadn't been listening...

If they give more information I'll post it for you(assuming you're still around).

It's gonna be heard for me to hear anything from this end, because I'm at work and alas while I'm all into the radio event, someone will ask me to go something. If you're gonna listen, (or if anyone out there is gonna listen), will you please get back with me and let me know what was said?

Pretty please, I will always be here - it's football season.

Thanks, again for your help

Will do. Still not sure when he'll be on, but I'll do the best I can.

Thanks, sir and I really appreciate your help in getting me "hooked" up with my son a real live radio personality

See I wasn't crazy or having a "blond" moment. The first and possibly the only time that I'll have my own personal Post or Thread, it disappears, and mysteriously re-appears.

Thanks, Mr. KPhobia

Ethelyn 08-13-2001 10:49 AM

Thanks, sir - I hope he does exceptionally well this year no matter what

Ethelyn,
Welcome back. We are all thrilled that Mikhael is playing so well. And I am glad to see you back on the BB posting with us. Great to have you back!

I'm walking softly and carrying a big pen. Don't want to step on anyone's toes ranting and raving about Mikhael. I think he'll be okay this year. Thanks and I'm glad to be back. Chiefs fans are the greatest.

Seen this one Ethelyn?

Oh, man, I about busted a gut at this, Brock:

Quote:

Green's 33-yard second-quarter hookup with Ricks against Washington illustrated what Ricks can do. The Chiefs faced a second and 6 at their 43-yard line when Ricks joined Tony Gonzalez as the second tight end.

Normally, such a formation would indicate a running play, and Washington responded by covering Ricks with linebacker Antonio Pierce.

Oops.

trust me, I'm no sir...

...only when I was in trouble as a kid....

First of all, thanks Brock for the information in the KC Star. Mr. Keg in KC, what was wrong with your gut upon reading that piece of information:confused:

I've tried to look at every link in the world affiliated with KC, and I couldn't find anything, so Brock, when I say thanks, I mean it from the Texas bottom of my big heart.

I appreciate the help.

Ethelyn, the "oops" made me laugh.

I just found that to be really funny, because that's exactly how it looked. The linebacker chasing Mikhael looked like he was thinking "oh crap! oh crap!" the whole time, and I just though that was about the funniest thing I'd seen in the KC Star in a long time.
