Kudos to Reebok
I bought a heart rate monitor off of woot back in January. Well, a couple of weeks ago the rubber strap snapped and it was rooned. I sent it with the waranty card on May 16th from Seattle to New York via Priority mail.
I called them today to inquire if it was received and how long it would take for me to receive a replacement. The guy looks up my information and says, "That replacement unit should be in your mailbox right now sir."
I was thrilled. A 9 day turnaround from the day I shipped on a waranty claim? If anyone bought this and it breaks, no worries. You'll have a new one in less time than it took for woot to ship it too you in the first place. LMAO
