Sounds gross. I wouldn't want to clean em, but if they were prepared like most vietnamese meats are, I bet they are pretty tasty. All fried up with red chilis, scallions, and veggies. Ummmm.

From my days on the farm we ate about anything that walked, jumped or crawled on four legs. If it came down to it I'm sure I could eat a rat if survival depended on it.
