You're wrong. So wrong. Undoubtedly the Chiefs watched the replay and know that they got jobbed by the officials. Now they have confidence knowing they actually scored on a long drive after a dismal first half. This surge of affirmation will carry them over the struggling Patriots in Week 1 before we destroy the Raiders in Week 2. From there we will grow as a team and make the playoffs as a wildcard. Not forgetting the fact that Larry Johnson did indeed score in the third preseason game, and knowing their TRUE capabilities, the Chiefs will win three games on the road in the playoffs like the Giants last year and qualify for the Super Bowl. Our confidence surging week by week, Larry Johnson's "the touchdown that never was in the third preseason game" will guide us to within inches of the Lombardi, literally. We will be on the goal line with 10 seconds left in the Super Bowl, trailing by four points. Knowing that we CAN force our way into the end zone, the team will respond with one last surge of confidence and Larry will dive over defenders into the end zone for a score, and the Chiefs will take the lead.
We will win the Super Bowl this year because we have proof that Larry Johnson scored a touchdown in the third quarter of the third preseason game on fourth and goal. It is our destiny.
