queensryche vs Tesla
 

How in the hell does Tesla get top billing at this years freakers ball? Did they come out with a new albumn resently? What gives? Does anyone have a link or know a way to find total band album sales. I would really like to compare the two. Thanks

Why do the fans of this music act like Queensryche is one of the greatest bands of all time?

I ask because I am a fan of that era/genre of music and could never figure it out.

I don't think Queensryche is the greatest band ever, but they're sure as hell better than tesla. I mean come on, they aren't even in the same ball park.

Tesla still gets played on the radio a lot, unfortunately.

Tesla is pretty dang good. Yes, they got lumped in with that whole "hair band era" age of music, but they were a cut above.

I worked as a runner for a multi-band concert a few years back, and Tesla was the biggest bunch of "holier than thou our shit don't stink" assholes ever. I'm know that doesn't have anything to do with this thread, but I like to rag on them whenever possible.

I have, and I will admit I'm a huge fan. They are one of my all time favorite bands. Musically speaking there aren't alot of bands that measure up

How long can they continue to ride on the coattails of Operation Mindcrime? That was a great album, the rest of their stuff - meh, at best.
