Scott Pioli or Bill Cowher?
 

For those of you that want to see both hired in KC as GM and HC respectively, I think it highly improbable that you'll get both.

Pioloi is going to want total control of personnel decisions.
Bill Cowher will also.

If Pioli were to be hired, I don't see him hiring Cowher.

So the question is, given a choice, would you prefer Pioli as GM or Cowher as HC?

I don't think there's any chance you get both.

Pioli is going to want to show that he has what it takes, and won't want to hire a coach who has already wrestled for control in his first stop.

what loser past are you speaking of? Cowher's 149-90 record, two AFC championships and one world championship? Or the kansas city chiefs?

Pioli. No brainer to me. We need a shrewd talent evaluator.
