A little vote there on the future.
 
There seems to be a lot of people starting to take sides on this GM/HC issue. While there seems to be about 3 different trains of thought I am seeing from the posters, I thought would put together a little poll to see what the pulse of the Planet is thinking.

First of all Reerun, I think you left a choice out. Let the new GM decide the fate of HC or Herm and support the new regime. I haven't really decided how I feel about Herm, simply because of the fact that the defense has been horrendous since Marty left. The fact that Gun has been in charge for most of that time defensively makes him the necessary person to fire IMO. However I don't believe in forcing Herm on anyone, so I vote my option. Let the new GM decide.

Either the GM would keep Herm and you could chose the bottom option or the GM replaces Herm and you chose the top option...

Mediocrity hasn't ruled for 20 years. If I remember correctly the Chiefs were the winningest team of the 90's.
