I don't know what it is, but is it worth 16 minutes?

You know honestly, when I started watching it I didn't think there was any way in hell I'd finish it. But I did, and while it didn't blow me away, I don't regret it. It was kind of touching. And the girl is smokin IMO.

Jogging is great exercise for the active lifestyle. It feeds the heart, the legs, and the soul. At times during the year, it felt like all my friends were jogging. Maybe if Americans spent more time jogging and less time worshipping false idols, we wouldn’t have all these crazy problems we have. America, where did we go wrong.

In a word, yes. Very cute short film.

The dude... looks like Dustin Diamond though.

*I learned from this movie that a persons mood, state, rubs off on others. i think us human beings are interesting species? were like transfers of energy and we feed off other peoples energy. you know, if youre around a person who is depressed, angry, or sad it affects you..alll those negative emotions drag you down. Now, on other hand
if you're around someone who is extremely positive, warm, has lots of energy, smiles and laughs all the time that'll lift you up and will be very healthy for you!
