They'd probably prefer Steve Logan as their head coach about now. He might actually recruit better. They wouldn't make this threat if they didn't have a good contingency plan...

if i was looking for a college head coaching job i would have to think twice before going to a school who did this to a previous head coach.

unless you have no options, why would you go to BC now?

true ... if it's a head coaching candidate that doesn't have many options or they will have to pay more to get him.
