It gives infractions. You have to have a bolded name to use those.

it means you're a 'trusted' member of chiefsplanet and you can 'warn' a user for posting NSFW links or something like that...not everyone gets them, I don't have it...but CrazyCoffey gave me like 5 warnings one day and after like three it triggers a temporary 48 hour ban.

It's for people like Marlboro_Chief who post gross pictures from rotten.com...if DaFace or Morphius or the other mods aren't around it's geared for you to be able to warn him several times and ban them until the mods come around and clean up the mess.

Add Infraction. Don't piss me off.
