Chiefs Will Win Super Bowl Within Five Years

I am not this optimistic.

How about having a Super Bowl caliber roster in the next five years with a Super Bowl caliber QB...I'd be content with that.

I remain cautiously optimistic.

I'll be satisfied with a playoff win within the first three years and then go from there.

It's a great hire for this organization but it's yet to be determined if he can take us to the promise land that quickly.
