Literature- I need your help!

Dammit, I'm taking a literature class and there is a question that I need help with.

Identify the work from which each passage is taken and its author, and describe the significance of the passage in relation to the work's meaning:

5. Boom Down

Yes, that's it. That's all it says...... And it covers the entire book, unfortunately I did not read every story and cannot find the two word passage. I don't need the meaning...just the story/poem that it is in.

I appreciate your help in advance.

And as usual... Have a beer on me:thumb:

Unless it's a KC-135 training manual I have no idea. Sorry

Nzoner 01-22-2009 01:39 PM

I'd have to think it would be Moby Dick or Mutiny On The Bounty if in a literature class but don't know for sure

Agreed!

I loved that song back in the day... actually, still do. lol

A list of possible books it could be from would help. I found one called Escape from Amsterdam that had that in it several times, but a list of all of the stories you would have had to choose from would help.
