Dear LL Season Ticket Holders...
 

Just a thought that's been playing in my head...

When it's upgrade time you are allowed to not only get better seats, but to add seats if available right? So what's to stop you to add an extra 4 seats and transfer them to a buddy of yours (after the season) that wants to sit in the LL without the seniority? I'm pretty sure that's pretty clear but i'll set forth an example for the slower folks amongst us...


STH's Buddy (Played by Shamwow Vince): Man!! You got great seats pal!! How bouts yous add a couple seats on your package and i'll pay for em. I'll even bring the peanuts... Yer gonna love my nuts.

STH: Sure...

**Calls Rep**

Rep: Redcoater Central, we're not British, so don't even ask...

STH: I want to add on 4 seats to my package.

Rep: You would?? Wha?? okok... (Hollers in background, "I knew we'd get a few live ones once the King was Killed!!!!")

**4 seats are added on and paid for by STH and he's reimbursed by Vince**

After the season STH transfer's tix to buddy and he has instant seniority after 1 season...

Yadda yadda... Happily Ever After...



Is that something thats considered... Ahh... I don't know how to word it... "Bad Form"??


The Ticket price thread reminded me of this as it was something that a friend of mine did for another friend. And it kinda pissed off a 3rd friend that was a 3 year STH still in the upper deck waiting for a spot in the lowers.

Thats how i got my seats when i used to have season tix

First, the minute the tickets are transferred, the clock starts over on seniority.

However, he is obviously ahead of the game, because he has LL seats. The problem is, he better be happy with them, because now he's at the back of the line when it comes to upgrades.

Plus, he's forking out $250 in fees to have the seats transferred.

I guess if you could get seats you were going to be happy with for the next 10+ years, then it's a route to consider...

That's interesting, I assumed they just offered upgrades from the bottom up as far as seating...


There are plenty of people that'll pay 1000 plus the 250 transfer fee to sit the season in the bottom bowl... If I had seniority, i'd add tix to my acct every year and sell the rights the next...

The best thing about sittin' in the nosebleed section? You don't have to worry about anyone pissing on your head.
