The Patsifization of the AFCW

Heh... Pioli and McDaniels are having some fun.

KC trades for Vrabel and Denver signs their long snapper. Who's next? Long snapper was my biggest worry...

At least he’s not collecting social security

Paxson is nails. The Broncos will love him. He's a top flight guy. Was our long snapper for years -- all 3 SBs included.

Hey MHM, how do you like your 2 new RB's?

Unless I missed it, they haven't officially signed JJ Sparington or Bucky... not really a fan of either unless they're depth fodder.

I understand they're looking at Gaffney as a #3-4 guy as well... I guess that's ok.

Oh I thought they were both done deals.

No, both were either in town or on their way...I can't imagine (and really hope) that either is being a viewed as a major contributor.

Dawkins (PHI, safety) is also in Denver... again, can't imagine there's much left there. So far, there's not much "wow factor".

A Good long snapper will win you some games. Chiefs blew a chance at the playoffs bc Gammon was hurt.

Arrington would be their poor man's Kevin Faulk.

They have agreed to four-year contracts with running backs J.J. Arrington of Arizona and Correll Buckhalter of Philadelphia. Denver has also agreed to a five-year deal with New England long snapper Lonie Paxson.

Hmm... if that's true, I haven't seen the links.

R Hill, Andra Davis, B Dawkins, and Ray Lewis will be here tomorrow. I saw Nolan driving into work the other day. He was lookig confident and determined.
