The sudden reerun attack in the main forum is dragging down those of us with a half a brain. Anyone up for a thread for REAL discussion?

If KC deals Dorsey, I believe they're targeting Sammie Hill in the mid to late rounds.

He has an interesting physique, but would be a big project. He's primarily considered a one-gapper according to what i've read.

The cat has the body primarily played in a 4-3 but could make the transition if he bulks up more while still maintaining some form of quickness to move the pocket for the LBs.

I know most don't want him and he's not a sexy pick, but I seriously think Tyson Jackson will be beast in the NFL. Maybe not quite Seymour, but much better than Warren and Spears.

If you just look at his stats then I would understand being underwhelmed, but watching his tape is really impressive when considering what Pioli looks for in D-linemen. He's going to make everyone around him better and our run defense is going to be stout.

Guys like Olshansky, Castillo, and Canty are the ones that allow Merriman and Ware to put up crazy numbers and constantly get in the backfield.

Anyone have any viable insight as to the timing of the possible Cassel leak?

Sure seems like a stupid, stupid thing to do.

Maybe the Cassel thing got leaked because we're trading HIM instead of our pick?

I can hope. I think some other NFL team did it to sabotage us.

Doubtful that any other team would know about it before the agent leaked it. If it's true, it's probably just unfortunate timing.

And then doing what? Going forward with no QB?
