I almost screwed up. :doh!:

I ordered some flowers for my "mommy" online (<cite>www.1800flowers.com/</cite>) and forgot to put the little discount code. You get 15% off any mothers day orders if you use PayPal and enter the PayPal5 discount code.

Anyway i called them to add the code and in the process of talking to the sales guy to fix it, he read the delivery date for my order ... 5/21/09!!

Holy crap, going back for the discount code let me fix the delivery date.

The only "holiday" my mother cares about. What sucks is that for some bizarre reason I've never figured out, I also have to treat my wife like a queen all day, too.

But seriously, her family is really weird about it. My wife actually gets her sister a mother's day gift. It has to end somewhere.

I would agree. The only people I would get Mother's Day gifts for are grandmothers, moms, or wives. Maybe daughters who are moms. Keep in the direct line.

Come to think of it, she doesn't do crap for me on Father's Day. My kids do, but she doesn't.
