Seriously, what could that mean?

Does he think that players girlfriends are fattening up his players with their lack of attention to healthy eating? Did he mean "phat"?

The overall point makes sense, players need to pay more attention to the coach than their girlfriends, but that's just weird.

He said the fat little girlfriends are filling the players heads with messages that conflict with what the coaches are telling them.
