Larry Johnson just moved 19 yards closer to Priest's record...

NFL.com just credited him with a run he made that was credited to Brian Waters for some strange reason. From the Giants game.

Wow, can you imagine....all the work from that petition, all the bitching, all of Larry' bellyaching about wanting the record...it would have been for naught if he had been within 19 yards and had retro-actively become the franchise's all-time leading rusher.

Wow. That woulda been weird as hell. And somewhat fitting.

Nah, they are correct. If you look at the play by play, and add it up, Larry never got the credit for that run.
