Rotisserie turkey? Too bad Grocers don't sell them.
 

Crispy on the outside. Never did this with turkey. Anyone try it? Juicier than oven?

I've got one of the larger Ronco Showtime rotisseries and I cook a couple turkeys in it every year. That's about all we use it for actually. Everyone appreciates the fact the turkey is NEVER dry. It is the best turkey you'll ever eat. Get a big rotisserie!

I have done Turkey's on my Rotisserie and I must say they are delicious. I have also smoked them on my smoker I like them but my wife is not crazy about them that way.

For years been alternating between a deep fried turkey and a kick ass recipe from Alton Brown.

Alton kicks azz. Because of him the gravy is always awesome.

I'm disappointed foodnetwork hasn't covered rotisseried turkey. Just oven roast and deep fry on that show.
