What is your perfect meal.

After the game I decided to drown my sorrows in food and drink.

Salad of Bitter Greens with Point Reyes Blue Cheese and Caramelized Pecan Vinaigrette

Seared Diver Scallops and Braised Beef Short Ribs

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with My own Pancetta
Roasted Carrots and Parsnips

Whipped Potatoes with Horseradish.

Brown Butter Cake and Apple Butter

Yalumba Shiraz-Viognier 2006

What is your favorite meal?

Chef's tasting menu at Bluestem, with beer pairings set up by me.

Sesame chicken with homemade bread straight from the oven (with cold butter on it), and root beer to drink and lemon pie for dessert.

I'm not about to be executed, am I?

B & G's with a large glass of orange juice w/ plenty of pulp please.

I don't really care what's for dinner as long as there's cheesecake for dessert.

Cheesecake, or pecan pie.

I'm not big on sweets... but those are my weaknesses.

Home grown t-bone about 1.5 inches thick. Marinated in Allegro for 24hrs then grilled to a medium well. Baked potatoe on the grill also loaded with chedder, butter and salt! Maybe a tall glass of iced tea to go with it.

I can't go to the Plaza without going to the Cheesecake Factory. I've never actually eaten in there. I usually get a slice or two of cheesecake to take back to the hotel.
