Stooges Marathon on AMC
 

Just remembered this was on & thought i'd throw out a friendly reminder, these guys were simply awesome.

Used to watch it constantly on that One of a Kind, now defunct station, KPLR St. Louis, oh...what i'd give to have that station back.

Do any of you remember the Stooges being banned from tv 20 or so years ago, after several idiot kids started cracking each other in the heads with hammers, jumping off of roofs & other displays of genetics gone awry?

They didnt pop back onto tv that i know of until 10-15 years ago, they're like a fart in roomful of boys... Timelessly Funny,

'UHF'? any channel with that sign had to be cool... Kung Fu Theatre, old Ron Ely Tarzan reruns, Speed Racer, Bulldog Bob Brown era rasslin', Ultra-Man, Shazam, the coolest latenight movies ever & anything else that was ahead of its time cool.

A smart media mogul would try to re-create that experience, it would be a HUGE hit.

SciFi's doing the Twilight Zone. Either is great. I suggest switching back and forth.

Hehe....I used to love that old station.
