Okay, total bullshit thread, but... with Taylor Mays falling on most draft boards
...what are the odds we could use our nice stock of mid-round picks to move up into the late first round to grab him AND draft Eric Berry?
Would you be satisfied with using both of our top picks on both Berry and Mays? |
im sure someone will be along shortly to tell you that you are reeruned, but id be all for it. im sure one of them could play FS and we would have a sweet ass secondary. and i bet theyd play football pretty good too ;)

Mays will be a top 10 pick on almost all draft boards after the combine

as for Mays ... meh |

No chance this happens. Mays will go pretty high regardless of what mocks are saying now. |

He's going to go in the 1st round him falling will be like 20, and yes he's a FS, if you think he's a SS you have no idea what his game is which is why suggesting he's a LB is even more stupid.

I've been a Mays skeptic for years, ask Mecca. At this point he really is a pick based on the potential his size/athleticism gives him. But I think Mays is the type of player who if he develops right, could end up being a better pro player than he was a college player. |
IMO If we can trade down a few spots to a team trying to get a qb prospect and still draft in the top 10 to get Berry or Mays that would be ideal. Hopefully get an extra 3rd or 4th.

But you do need to realize with some posters they don't like Mays because he's from SC and well they don't like me. |
