Does whacking count?
Seriously....is it the orgasm and the chemicals released during that process or is it the cardiovascular activity related to the sex act that is responsible for the immune system benefits? |

Did you know blowjobs prevent breat cancer? google it.

coorelation, causation, etc.. etc...
Perhaps men who have healthier hearts just like to have sex more? Perhaps the body can tell and dampens libido. |
nice and now we get this on Oprah and/or the View...

damn, I have 75% less chance of having a heart attack.....unless its IN the sack.....

Hrmmm....gotta wonder about cause/effect here. Not that making out isn't a vigorous physical exercise, but I'd imagine that people in the 40-70 age brackets who regularly make love are also in stable relationship, generally happier and leading healthier lifestyles in general. That's a nice symbiosis there where being happy and healthy also means you WANT more sex, I'd imagine.
I dunno. Maybe. I'm no scientist. |

I had $569 saved up for a ProForm iSeries 660 CrossTrainer treadmill. But after reading this article, it looks like I have other options available.
