So, were you looking to be depressed?

Both the Buccaneers and the Saints have now won a Superbowl since the Chiefs last played in one.

But, I do have some optimism building for this franchise. Maybe not next year, but in two years, I expect us to be in the playoffs and very competitive.

Go NFC South!

It would be worse if the Chiefs have had never won 1. Yes I know it was a million years ago but at least they have 1.

BillSelfsTrophycase 02-07-2010 10:28 PM

We could be the Chargers........

But it isn't much better :(

GordonGekko 02-07-2010 11:16 PM

good point about the saints and buccaneers. i guess after the seahawks, lions, and cardinals it might be our turn again.. :(

honestly though, we need a star qb and a good OLine before we can even start to contemplate a return to the playoffs

Frazod 02-07-2010 11:20 PM

We still have the Jets and Vikings. God bless 'em.

googlegoogle 02-07-2010 11:29 PM

Saints winning is a positive.

Parcell's connection.

We are in good hands.

TB and NO have won.

Atlanta and ARZ have appeared.

These were the 4 sad sack franchises growing up for me (plus Detroit).

Atlanta had those couple of Rison-Deion years, but they were on the similar level.
