There was already a thread on this, I went there last night to check it out and it's the strangest place on the internet.

Seems as though the OP is asking more about 4chan rather than talking about the Verizon thing as news.

Oh yeah, if you're at work I don't think you want to go there, apparently you can post pr0n in any category over there. And yes, lots of racist stuff there as well.

It is fast moving and based on anonymity.

Imagine a constant stream of threads with no rules and complete anonymous posting. Anything id fair game. It breeds the lowest common denominator of poster but also is the source of a lot of creativity.
