Texas? That ain't nothing. There are pockets in California where people not only don't speak english, they don't even meander into areas where english is really even spoken. Some of them have lived there for 20 years, still, have no idea of any english. I think it's kind of cool actually that there are certain areas that can maintain a culture like that, whether it be russian, chinese, mexican, etc
