What bank does everyone use, and do they like them?

I have Chase and I know a lot of people don't like them, I think they are fantastic.

M&I Bank

I work with some Nigerian Prince via email. He handles my finances.

Not perfect, but they've never screwed me over more than any other bank would have, so I have no incentive to switch.

A small bank in KS.

For a long time we used the kind that had a slot that allowed the coins to slide into the stomach of a pelican but recently we've started using a standard ceramic pig shaped one.

We're keeping up with the times.

I never "bank" with large national banks. Its one thing to have money in a deposit account at one of them and its another thing to "bank" with them. To say that you are just a number to them is drastically understating it. Small to mid size regionals with local ownership are the only way to go. Big ones will charge you a fee for everything they can and dictate terms to you whereas smaller ones are more appreciative of the business. Local decision making is extremely important to me.

Prolly not much help to you, but I use United Missouri specifically for their physical locations and the abundance of ATM's in my area.
