There should have been two flags on that play.

The Bengal was clearly facegaurding.

PI should have been called.

Faceguarding is not a penalty. It's not PI unless the player is touching the WR IIRC.

Ah, you're right.

I looked it up.

A rule change that somehow no one knew about until 2007, that no one is sure when it got changed.
