Am I the only one that thinks the chick and old man should not only be thrown out but could be charged with assault?

How could you possibly tell who was in the wrong?

From the video clip, they slapped the young guy, and he never retaliated. The old man tackled him (obligatory "sign him"). The only thing the young guy is guilty of is a Jersey Shore accent.

Who knows what kind of behavior pissed 'em off to start.

Looks pretty obvious to me.

Kid: verbally assaults lady
Lady: verbally and physically assaults kid
Gramps: stands around for a while and then physically assaults the kid out of nowhere

The kid is clearly a little doucheprick, but why should the bitch get off with anything? She clearly gave as good as she got with her mouth, and then struck the kid, to which he didn't respond physically.

Make no mistake, I hate mouthy little twats like him, but those two "adults" are no better.

What probably happened was this doucher was running his mouth during the match, being vulgar and what not, probably drunk, and the lady was the only one who would say anything about it. Most likely everyone around there was so tired of hearing him too. So of course that starts a fight. She shouldn't have hit him, but at least he didn't act like a little bitch and run and tell on her. Once the old man gets involved, that's where the doucher was perfectly within his right to defend himself. And what does he get but a lot of hassle from security who assumed it must have been his fault because there is now a broken old man laying on a seat 2 rows down.

This is just like when Pedro Martinez threw old Don Zimmer on the ground. Old people seem to get a free pass/sympathy card when they get hurt biting off more than their old asses can chew.

As disturbing as the apparent, "If you live in a trailer park, you get in free day" at the US Open, the 0:45 mark is also a WTF. Guy in black saunters by, beads on Jersey boys ass and keeps going. LMAO

All 3 should get tossed.

I'm sure the guy was an ass... likely loud and vulgar, but the lady should have just walked away and looked for security.

Instead of doing that, she makes a scene with the beer drinking loud mouth... slaps him and continues on with her "look at me, I'm standing up to him" actions. Then, after he has taken his seat, the old man decides to kick him and then grab his face. The guy stands up and they both tumble.

Everyone around pounces on the guy - obviously because he was a dick and they were annoyed by him - but, if anyone shows them this video, my guess is that he could easily sue both for assault and likely would win in both cases.

I don't care what he "said" before, but if it were anything more than words I would think others would step in... but if it was truly just words, then the lady and grandpa up SOL if he were to go to court.

The guy's an obvious douche bag.

But has anyone ever been to a tennis match? It's the most reeruned experience ever. You get yelled at for talking during points and you get yelled at if you say anything bad about a player. Everyone shouts out encouraging words to the player.

So yeah, like to hear both sides of the story. I'm guessing you're probably about right but maybe they're just reacting to someone bringing baseball/football fan behavior to a tennis match.

I'd like to see what started off the shouting match,but it seems as they did physically attacked the guy first.

Never been to a tennis match and have no plans to ever attend one.
