looking for a new car...
I'm looking for a relatively new car finally after having my old one forever it seems. I just graduated from college about a year ago and my new job I've had for about a year has given me some good money. I came across a 2010 Toyota 4runner that has 5,000 miles on it for like $30,000. I'm gonna get them down obviously, but is this a good deal from the start? I wonder how much I can get them down. I could get a new car for that much dough that will be some of my ammunition. I'm looking for either a Toyota Highlander, 4runner. All my family has Toyotas as well as my fiancee. I love them. Now I want one lol. Thoughts?

Don't buy a ****ing Toyota.
Get an F150. |

The F150 is the #1 selling truck in America for 33 years running.

Just FTR, all the domestics make pretty good trucks, it's their cars that suck ass. Use kbb.com to find a good starting point for negotiations.
|
You can buy something new for far less than that, and it isn't liable to kill you with a stuck accelerator.
|
how can you dispute Ford?
Ford is teh best |
Toyota's okay, for being Honda's weak sister.

You can also use autotrader.com to see what similar vehicles in your area are selling for.

The Highlanders or the 4 Runners are both excellent vehicles....
The 4 Runner is more of a young and hipper rig....the Highlander looks more family, so its whatever your persuasion....cant go wrong with either. Oh, and autotrader is an excellent site for finding used cars. |
kbb.com has the car I mentioned about the same. WTF? It's used!
|
I'll be pretty surprised if you get them down very far off of that price.

I see a lot of girls driving them. |
I wonder how far I could get them down. Because like I mentioned and the others mentioned as well, I could get a new car for that much.

Used is a seller's market right now.
