McCluster not on injury report

McCluster not on injury report

The Chiefs don't have Dexter McCluster listed on the injury report they issued today. That means either McCluster will play Sunday against the Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium or that he will be a healthy scratch.

More likely, he will play. That would add another playmaker to an offense that scored 102 points over the past three games.

He was a full participant in several practices last week. Speculation on the radio today that he found his way into the doghouse, Bowe style '09. No clue if this has any legitimacy, as KK is not a trustworthy source.

Cool, maybe he can catch 3 passes for 15 yards.

If that converts a couple of first downs and possibly even a TD... then I am cool with that after 5 weeks off.

I don't know how you find yourself in the doghouse while being injured though...

McCluster has probably received more unwarranted love than Cassel has received unwarranted criticism.

Shiny!

Obvious implication is that he's been available to play...like I said, could very well be bullshit.

I find this very difficult to believe.

I think they were waiting to make sure he was 100% for our division games coming up. I bet if last week was a playoff game, he would've played.

Will this be the offseason mantra for the McCluster Masturbators?

"He was really dynamic and explosive before the injury. The last five games he was solid but not spectacular, but that's OK because he missed basically half the year. With a full offseason he'll be more of a playmaker in his second year. He should be more like Wes Welker."

His over 7 yards per touch can't hurt us to bad.

With Bowe stretching the field more now, I think McCluster will be more of a factor in the passing game like we all thought. The underneath will be a little more open, so hopefully we can get him involved this week.
