Cassel did, does, and will always suck
 

I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

No game is ever the sole fault of any one player. That doesn't excuse Cassel when he plays like absolute shit. He plays the most important position in football; ergo, when he fails, it's a lot harder for the rest of the team to play well.

People need to stop making excuses for Cassel every time he shits himself.

Ofcourse its not all his fault. It's a team game. Cassel however is completely awful. I can only hope a new OC gets that through *****'s thick skull.

The Defense played well, and when the Raven's finally got wise and keyed on the run it was all over. They forced Cassel to beat them and then it was all over. You can't expect a defense to be on the field all day and succeed when our offense was stalling through the whole game because Cassel plays like Kindergartner whole lost his milk money under pressure.

No, but he did what he's supposed to do manage the game. Oh wait, no he didn't do that very well either.

It was his first playoff game against a tough defense.

Outside of Charles and Bowe what other toys does he have to play with? Im convinced the OL is not good enough either.

Stop the run and the Chief's offense stops. Cassel can't make plays. That's what the expert dicks said. I sat and watched Michael Irving personally say that as his lips flapped so much he almost took off. But in all kidding aside, they all might be right. Cassel isn't as bad as some here would like to think. But I just don't know if he's all that good either.

The part that kills me is that we'll have him for several more years.
