We tried this before and had a few games. It was fun to play poker against some of the people on this board. We had a lot of fun talking smack and playing poker at the same time.

I'm figuring we can set up different nights/times for games. Set up tournaments etc. yes, its all play money on the site.

Anyone interested? If so, you have to download the pokerstars.net software and then join the home games, enter the password. Try to use a variation of your handle on here, it makes the smack talk easier.

Sounds cool. I signed up, but my Stars screen name is Thxlbx, as I already have a real money account there. I put mnchiefsguy in the name field when I signed up though. I suck at poker, so it should be fun!

Might as well, I generally play at PS anyway when I play online.

Online Poker is not illegal, at least for the players. For the payment processors it is illegal to transfer funds for the sites, but the players are not committing any crimes.

The Pokerstars client did flash a message about the originator of the club having to approve membership. Don't remember exactly what it said.

yeah, i approved everyone. Not trying to have a exclusive club. I'm looking at the options and I don't see that damn pending step. I'll keep looking.
