I don't even know who he is but I'm going to find him and call him the Mexicutioner because I hate it when people complain that perfectly reasonable words are politically incorrect. I might even buy a Mexicutioner tee-shirt.

I dont think he's getting another nickname anytime soon. If he wants us to quit using mexicutioner, fine we'll probably reluctantly comply, but baseball nicknames aren't that common. Sometimes people try to weld a nickname onto a player, but its usually not going to stick. Baseball nicknames usually just happen unexpectedly, its like going viral. Lots of people try, but you cant reliably predict which youtube video will get 30 million hits.
