It's shocking how they have no idea how to use a taser. When you get tased, YOU PHYSICALLY LOSE CONTROL OF YOUR MUSCLES and cannot follow commands. It's sickening to watch them just torture that guy over and over.

Isn't the purpose of a tazer to immobilize a person? Isn't "rolling over" fairly difficult if you're immobile?

Actually, no you wouldn't. You can't control your muscles with that kind of voltage going through it. Muscles are a tissue that contracts when electric current is applied. That's how you move.
