Garbage disposal advice

I remember someone mentioning a kickass garbage disposal a while back (within the past few months), and for the life of me I can't remember what was suggested. I've searched and searched and can't find what I'm looking for. Help!!

Go big or go home! Also useful for getting rid of pesky annoying neighbors.

Don't stick your penis in it.

You're welcome.

I've had this one for about a year.
Good price and good quality.

I was just looking at the 1HP version on Amazon. Is the 1/2HP suitable for you? What can't it do?

I like to run citrus rinds through mine occasionally to get the nice smell around the house instead of throwing them away.

Yeah you beat me to it.
Recheck the link. I have the 1HP 8000 series.
The wife loves it.

1/2 horse is more than enough for your average homeowner. I have a 1 HP with a noise shroud but only because I got it cheap at an auction. The Insinkerator brand dominates the market but the Waste King is a sufficient solution as well. You'll pay $80 for an Insinkerator Badger at a big box store. You can spend up to $300 for a quieter and more powerful model. But that Badger should do you well for 20 years or more.
