Cassell Being Injured will hamper the chiefs
 

With Cassel being hurt it is going to effect his passing. He is sore because of the way he was tackled during the Green Bay game. I could see this game coming down to running the rock and playing defense. The Bills haven't been great lately, but they can play any team tough at ANYTIME. I can bet that Haley is preaching one game at a time, but it would be hard for Sheffield and Company not to look ahead to game 2 or the bye week.

Jamaal Charles doesn't look like the same player from what I have seen. We wasted him on the years we weren't going after chasing the superbowl. That is a real shame because "Black Wind" as we call him...could have been semi-awesome.

I am not sold on Eric Berry being the playmaker that everyone thinks he is going to be, he hasn't shown much in the Preseason, and the comparisons to Troy Palamalu. I am not seeing it yet. He was a stud at The T, though. The loss of Brian Waters is going to hurt in more places than off the field. Already we have seen Baldwin acting up, I am willing to be some people get in trouble for missing practices and being late. Flowers will continue to Bloom as he will have some tackles and interceptions that will show up on highlight films locally. Kelly Gregg should be a run stuffer upfront, but his latteral movement seems to be lacking. An Ideal fit for this team would be someone like Ben Raji, but unfortunately he looks to be staying in green bay for the time being.

There is going to be lots of empty seats around the staduim which is a growing trend with the economy being in the tank, and people going to other things other than their seats in the stadium. It makes me cringe every time they show a slow motion ball in the air and all you see is empty seats.

The chiefs got all new equipment for lifting weights, but so far we seem to not be getting stronger up front. I don't know who the strength coach is but in the offseason we should invest in one similar to the ravens so we can be more physical at the point of attack.

I am hoping for one more year of production out of Derrick Johnson. Even though he isn't as good as Aaron Rodgers. He has provided much needed value to the chiefs making tackles, blocking balls down, and tackling people. Carr should be solid in defending against balls thrown his way. I don't think Pioli will be on the hot seat or anything, but there will be some questions to be asked if they too much of a step back. Haley maybe on the hot seat if they really suck ass. No Idea who I would look for if Haley was fired.

Football will be played and the team that scores the most points will win the game when the game is over. At that point they will stop playing football.

If Dwane Bowe gets hurt, that is going to hamper them too.
