McDonald's Monopoly moron...
 

So I was at work eating a crappy McDonald's lunch the other day. This dumbass co-worker came up and serious as day told me "Hey if you get Boardwalk let me know. I got Park Place. We can split a million dollars." Yeah...if I get Boardwalk I'm gonna order 5 medium fries and leave you and every other idiot in this dumb town behind forever.

Pst.....I have park place. PM me if you get boardwalk, we'll split it 70/30 (you can even have the 70). Don't tell anyone though!

Great story.

I especially like the people who have the grease stained "board" and paste their little smelly french fry pieces on there and hang it up on their fridge. It's like...you do realize if you get the rare piece, the other pieces and the "board" don't mean a god damn thing right?

I was just telling my wife the same thing. There is always the "let's pool our Monopoly pieces together" crowd on facebook. I was like those people are ****ing idiots only one of the properties wins and those are the "lucky tickets" WTF would anyone share any of those with the people who have the common ones? I swear people are ****ing dumb.

Hey I'm here to entertain. I was a 3rd runner up on Star Search so I kinda have credentials. At least in my home town of 14 people. But considering it's Saturday night and we're both here on Chiefs Planet, there's obviously a high bar to hurdle when it comes to excitement in life. I'd say I cleared the bar without breaking a sweat. Ed McMahon thought so too.

Has anyone ever really won one of those things?

Back in 91. My mother and I had just finished watching a syndicated episode of Magnum PI, when suddenly the doorbell rang. We opened the door, and there stood my father. It was raining with a distant sound of thunder. He had a soaking bag of McDonald's in his hands. He came inside, pulled out a Filet o'Fish, and told me I could peel the Monopoly pieces off.

Low and behold, the piece I initially pulled off was Boardwalk!! I scurried into the kitchen to show ma and pa that we were rich! We all jumped up and down for joy, when suddenly the sound of broken glass startled us to hell.

Climbing in through our living room window was Carl Peterson. He'd been tracking my father in hopes that he held the holy Boardwalk piece. A greed-filled smile spread over his face and he pulled out a shiny snubnose revolver from his argyle sock. My mother reached for the phone to dial 911, but she was too late! Mr. Peterson shot her in the face and blood was spurting out all over the linoleum. My dad went to try to help her (I still don't know why...she was clearly missing 3/4 of her face and had no chance).

Carl inched toward me slowly, demanding the Boardwalk piece. I hesitated to hand it over. But then he said something that would change my life forever. "The future of the Kansas City Chiefs lies in that piece my boy".

To Be Continued....just as long as it meets JD's obviously high standard for story telling.

This is similar to the clerks at gas stations that say, "you're going to spread the wealth, right?", when you buy a lottery ticket. WTF are they thinking? No, asshole, I'm going to take my winnings, buy this damn gas station, and fire your poor ass. Pfft.

I played that game when I was 8 and even then I could see how something like this is rigged.
