Because it looks like I'm going to get a big income tax refund, that's why.


Disclaimer that I recognize that I'm "loaning them money at zero interest", but as a business owner my tax amounts are so highly variable that I can't predict with any precision what I'll owe, so sometimes I owe a lot and sometimes I get a lot back, and I like getting a lot back better.

We should be getting a really good amount back as well. It's coming at an awesome time to because we're buying a house and we'll be putting that money towards fixing some things.

Ooh, tell me about the house. I really should've been a Realtor, because I like seeing houses. My wife has to convince me to not go into Realtors' open houses when we're on walks.

That's cool.

I have a decent size refund coming up, along with school money I'm planning on getting some well needed repairs done in our home. Hopefully we will have a working fireplace by this next winter. :thumb:

I hope so, because not paying tax typically equates to not making money. Unless you bought a new slave (DaFace) and Secion 179'ed him. That'd make sense.

For some reason this stuff always interests me.

I decided not to pay taxes this year, just to see how long it takes the IRS to catch on to me.
