Marty Schottenheimer is on Bucs' radar but not at top; he is hungry to coach. Note that Marv Levy went to his 4th Super Bowl at age 68.

Maybe I am in the minority, or maybe not, but I would like to see Marty get one more chance to succeed in NFl.

That would be a test of my Schotty fandom. Don't know why, but the Bucs never excited me. I did love that they beat the eff out of the Raiders in the SB, but they stay in that zone with the Browns, Bengals, Dolphins, and Falcons where I've never registered enthusiasm.

I was always a huge Marty fan....prob always will be.

I'd actually welcome him with open arms to come coach KC again.

This would be a GREAT hire for the Bucs. Schottenheimer wins every place he coaches.

That actually sounds like a good fit. Marty would be an awesome college coach.

I think it would be a great hire as well. He really did get the shaft in San Deigo, he would have probably won it all with that team. I was so happy when they hired Norv.

Only bad would be that Chiefs play @ Tampa next year. They don't do well in Florida anyway. Of course, if they keep that piece of cassell then it will be another meaningless year anyway.

I am hoping we can draft a QB that will make watching the Chiefs exciting again.

Isn't Mark Dominic a former employee of the Chiefs while Marty was the coach in KC?
